I've been using the premium version for almost a year. I give 5 stars because the level of support I get from my regular groups far outweighs any app glitches I experience (which have greatly improved since I joined). I attend the groups that are professionally facilitated and it's a fantastic supplement to my therapy. Great skill building and discussion rooms. Last week they added private groups to help us stay on track w progress. The development team has been great too. Very grateful!!

Would give 4 stars based on the one day I was able to use the app although it kept hanging & crashing while I was texting. Using Android version. Now I can't get back into the app, even after uninstalling & reinstalling. Couldn't get the sms code sent to my number. Frustrating bc I'm interested in the platform. Developer contact email address is incorrect in Play Store

Good idea for an app and decent pricing compared to others but I'm having a hell of a time actually using it. The support team is very friendly and try hard to help but I've had a million issues such as groups being canceled, failed registration, messages not being delivered/going through, and the teams just generally not knowing what's going on that resulted in lots of missed time for me. Once they get these management and tech issues sorted out it will probably be a much better app :/
