one of the worst apps I've ever seen. It takes 15-30 mins of registration. Most of the time it doesn't make connections to the server I guess. So, try and try and try. I've installed the app 27 minutes it's happened many times. And now it has been loading for about 3 minutes to complete my registration. So, I made the comment what it disurbe.

I found this e-ticketing app very useful. I've never been experienced such smooth service from a govt app 😄 It is a hassle free ticketing app. In a consequence there is no worry to line up so long for a train ticket. Just put your Mobile number & nid number on it & enjoy your train journey. Best of luck to Bangladesh railway.

This is the worst app I've ever used. I can't register let alone use it . They ask to register according to the NID card but there is no option to choose NID. I also wanted to register with a birth certificate, I chose the birth certificate option but my birthday or month is not available to choose. You are really taking extraordinary care of their user.
