Cant use new updated app. It gets stuck on opening screen telling me i still need to update app even after deleting old app and downloading the new one several times!

As noted by others, cant open app . Keeps asking to update but when it goes to PlayStore only options are to Open or Uninstall (no update option). I have uninstalled 3x and still issue. Fix please!
