Setting up an account was very convoluted. I had a physical card that was registered already. I wanted to make an online account to match and it wouldn't let me since the card already had details attached to it. So I basically had to get a second card # to be able to clip online coupons. And of course I need to use a new phone number at checkout now because my own phone number is attached to the first card. VG's is a great store, but the app is lacking in a lot of areas.

So many issues. App doesn't show me past purchases or pending orders. It only shows me the dates I made them. I paid for the fast lane subscription, but it doesn't reflect that in the app so I keep getting charged the $5. I've called customer service and had them "fix it" and it still doesn't work. So frustrated.

New experience is horrible! No idea why it's being switched, fast lane shopping had a lot of great features that are missing from the new experience - showing price per weight/volume for comparison, previously purchased notation, working search, staying logged in, ability to get item details & return to search list for a start.
