I can't even enter the app! I tried to create an account, and was informed that I already have an account (I use their shopping app). I tried to log in and was informed the pharmacy had upgraded their services and they wanted to verify my information. I was sent to the create an account page. I filled the information in again and was informed I already have an account. It went round and round.... Apparently, no one has fixed the app since the review in 2022! Totally useless!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely worthless. Just gets stuck in an endless loop of trying to get me to create an account (even though I have one) when I log in....with my account, and then telling me that there's already an account with my information. And round and round we go. The worst pharmacy app I've ever dealt with.

Completely stopped working after the last update. What's 5 out of 5 Stars before that. What now it's just worthless. Constantly just want you to sign in but doesn't recognize your password. Click on the link to change the password and the email with the link never shows up. Yes I checked all folders including the spam folder. After the last update it went from premier five star app to completely useless. I wish they would fix it so I could change it back to five stars and get back to using it.
