Very bad experience. Paid for the course and not received any material for next 10 days. Called their number daily multiple times and still haven't got any response. Daily they ask to call next day and then new executive picked up the call and again said same thing. My exams were near and I called and requested everyday to provide me notes, videos, questions but no one responded positively. Won't recommend to anyone.

This app is really good. It provides many things like live classes , recorded lectures, hand written notes , PPT, and the most important thing mentorship which is very good. This app also provides coaching at low price. All over this app is perfect. If anyone thinking about their upsc preperation then go for it ❤️

(EVEN AFTER EMAILING MULTIPLE TIMES THERE IS NO RESPONSE) Very disappointing experience. I purchased online course expecting access as per there comotted timeline, but even after repeated follow-ups, the content was delayed beyond the promised date. When I requested a refund due to the delay, I was told they don’t have a refund policy. This is unfair to customers who trust the platform. Please be careful before purchasing - once you pay, there’s no refund even if they don’t deliver on time.
