The support staff are very good. My assigned staff/broker is very good. The app also very good; easy to use, all the info and map. The only issue is pricing. You get a load with good price but next time you see the same load it has a price reduction and everyday after it's less and less. You'll see two loads going to same place, even same appointment and a difference in price. They say it's the software that prices but no one bothers to correct issue. If it wasn't for that it would be a 5 star

This app just turned terrible again, it doesn't remember your search selection van, refer, weight extra, it also doesn't show you your BOL once you send it for your payment, especially in spotty signal areas, because of that it only uploaded one picture not all pages, yet doesn't let you see what the main office is seeing and why they rejected the picture in the first place... Need to fix these issues, would be happier if someone could resolve this problem so I can continue to work ... Grrrrrrr

I'm bumping the app from 3 to 4 stars. They have reduced their tracking calls finally! Seems like the quality of loads (yes, quality not quantity) have diminished lately as I keep collecting TONU's from them. And 150.00 doesn't really cut it when a truck travels 120 miles and waits several hours for it. If this continues, my rating will go back down.
