terrible slow ui. The app constantly tries to load summaries after each and every action. Contacting support has done nothing. With a post strike, and tons of drop off packages, having to wait so much for such a basic feature is ridiculous. The previous version of this app worked flawlessly, and they had to go and ruin it. Not surprised, this is the level of standard for most of UPS anyway.

Your last update just broke it. I can't use my phone as a scanner at work anymore and the tablet in our store is crashing just the same. UPDATE 10/8/25 I did absolutely everything to fix this, my phone has 40gb of free space. I cleared the app data. I reset the app and my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I have our login information changed. There is not a single way to make this app work for a Google Pixel 8 Pro. and I also got to have an Indian guy get mad at me! fun. fun.

Have been a UPS Authorized shipping location for over a decade. Have been a UPS access point as well since it's inception. We ship about 150 boxes a day for UPS, the fact that they took away provided scanners and told us to go buy our own device is insulting to begin with. The fact that the app regularly crashes (sometimes after scanning 10-20 boxes) is extremely aggravating. I have to reboot the app and rescan them all every time this happens. The camera scanner is also just terrible.
