Ratings and reviews

This was the best in terms of an alert provider with a free tier but a recent change reduced the service drastically. While it is reasonable to restrict free tier to 1 email address for alerts, you used to be able to specify that address in their ui. They recently changed it to force you to use the account email as that single address. This is a problem because you can no longer use it for uptime automation

Failure to connect to my account... I spent 5+ minutes checking everything. I even changed my account password trying to make this works without any success. I guess I'll have to switch to another service Edit: without being able to log in that will be complicated... edit: of course I contacted support and nobody was able to help me with this issue...

I use the app to monitor important operations - I like it overall - but one thing is irritating about it. It plays a sound for a down monitor and another sound when they come back up - except it plays the down sound in both cases. In the middle of the night this is annoying since you can't determine if it's 2 failures or 1 down and then it came back up, so have to go get phone and verify - defeats the purpose.
