Worst app for shopping. I ordered product on 2 June 2024 but not delivered yet.. although it is prepaid order. It is continuously changing date of order shipped and delivery date. There is no use of calling to there customer care. Because they just say what is showing on app. There is no solution of the problem. If there is less than one rating, I would have been given that.

Worst app i have ever used. This issue has happened 2 times with me. I order for the first time, payment got deducted. It started showing order delayed after 2 days and after that order got cancelled. From user end it was not cancelled and they started blaming user has cancelled. They checked their system and then said payment got failed from your end. But from user end payment got deducted from bank account. It's zivame apps payment gateway fault, but they are not ready to listen.

Very bad experience with the delivery system. If I could I would have given 0 stars. No authentication of who is delivering the parcel and when I got the the wrong parcel, zivame denied me a refund... Very very bad experience and sets a wrong example for business ethics.. going to tell everyone to not order from zivame. Got cheated out of my hard earned money. Just because it's a small amount, they simply do not care.
