It's got some serious usability quirks... For example, it asks for application updates in the worst possible times when you're on a cellular data, few megabytes left on the plan, and the app becomes unusable if you don't agree to update! In fact, you can't disagree; there are no postpone or cancel options! Why the hell is it so urgent to update?! I'm okay with using an older version for a few minutes. Is that on a purpose so it'll use up my data so I pay for more?! It certainly seems that way...

Despite maintaining a balance in my account, my internet packages keeps disappearing sometimes without any messages. This has happened 2 or 3 times and still it's not corrected. And I end up having to pay for another package again.

When I get myself some internet, my previous internet pack disappears. It wasn't like this before. It used to just include them both until the first one expired. That's how it IS supposed to be. And what you do now? You go and remove the previous pack of internet which I paid for and hasn't even expired. It feels like a scam.
