Ratings and reviews

This app works but very badly. When someone rings I get the notification so late that the visitor pushes the button for a second time, which causes a message on my phone that the unit is in use, so it takes like 3 tries to get them on the door. Is there any way to get this thing to notify me quicker? The app is terrible, I really would have expected a better solution out of a well known vendor like AIPhone.

I've uninstalled multiple times. This app will not work for various reasons each time. Errors messages. Agreeing to license agreement (I've accepted 20 times now). My phone won't ring to notify me someone is at the door half the time even though my settings are all in place. It was fine for 6 months but the past 3 months there is always something wrong. This is frustrating and I hate that my apartment complex switched to this system!!!!!!

I can open the app myself and swipe to unlock the door. But when I receive a call it never works. I get a notification and the phone rings but when I click to accept the call nothing happens, except the notification goes away. The phone keeps ringing but with nothing to clik or swipe. When I try to open the app myself it then says it's already in use. Only option is to wait until the phone stops ringing, but by then whoever is calling has given up and left. Useless for its primary function!!!
