About this app

School Bus Hub Mobile application enables parents and authorized caretakers to subscribe to a service that provides student pick-up and drop-off notifications and the location of the student's bus on a Live map. Using the installed app, the subscriber registers for the service by providing required school and student ID details. The application provides email and push notifications based on user-specified preferences. This service only works with Safe Fleet routing products that provide the relevant bus stop information.

App works well enough. Registration is a pain because various fields keep deleting input if there's an error in another field, it's like spinning plates to get everything in at once. App does not have a landscape mode, nor does it prevent phone from sleeping while active, which is important for something you watch in real time. Android Auto mode would also be nice.

Installed this app last school year as requested by the school. It never showed the route and notifications that my son was picked up/dropped off were inconsistent and usually late! This year it doesn't even have my son on the app and even though it shows my info in settings, it tells me I do not have an account. I reregistered and it won't populate the school district field to fill out the details. Very frustrating!!! I've uninstalled it and will rely on Life 360! Do much for a live bus app!!!!

I installed this app last year to track my 2 children in 2 different schools. The app never once showed them as being on a bus, their route, or even their bus stop. I use the webpage to try to see it, and even that doesn't give me any information. *Update* It's the 3rd day if school and I can't even track my youngest through the website. I just put her on the bus and it says that they're not on a route yet. I can't track the other 2 busses to see if they're going to be early. 🗑
