Safe Fleet Vehicle Inspection™ automates fleet pre- and post-trip inspections and makes the data available through a web portal for fleet managers to track issues, streamline repairs and gain maintenance insight into their fleet. Unlike other inspection tools, Safe Fleet Vehicle Inspection makes use of the Android clock, GPS data and photo and video uploads to verify the accuracy and validity of inspection reports, eliminating the need for expensive and specialized equipment. The system manages inspections, basic maintenance, reports, and other optional features including vehicle location, driver management, and automation of paper forms such as incident reports. Inspections can be fully customized by the customer via an easy to use portal at any time at no additional cost, and there can be an unlimited number of inspection types per vehicle.
