This app needs an update by the software developers ASAP! It's consistently inconsistent when it comes to sending notifications. It happens way to frequently. This has been going on for months! Recently I wanted to change my notification time, and now the app doesn't even give you that option anymore as it did before. When opening the app and clicking on the 3 dots (more) then clicked on notifications, it says "Try refreshing this page, or let us know and we'll help you fix the problem". FIX IT!

The notifications aren't accurate. we get notified that garbage will be picked up the next day, but it isn't. I've tried contacting support to see if our schedule has changed but the app schedule hasn't been updated, but have gotten no response. If the app and its notifications can't even be accurate, it's worthless. As a result, I'm uninstalling it. No point in keeping it.

Posted in June of 2023: I appreciate getting a reminder about an upcoming trash/recycle day. I'm on a biweekly pickup so it's easy to forget whether or not it's a pickup week. UPDATE: 7-20-25 This app has stopped sending me notifications. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times, restarted my phone numerous times, and just can't get notifications any more. I keep the app just so I can check the calendar. I'm still on a biweekly pickup cycle, so yes, I miss the reminders.
