These people have the worst customer service that can ever be. it's been more than a week emailing you guys. I paid premium and still haven't fixed my collection. over 130 cards are without price, and a lot of duplicates. They only send you an automated email telling that they are working on it and will contact me soon. It's BS. I have almost 2000 cards scanned by hand. That's a lot of work, for nothing. A lot of common cards from the GX are not even in the system. They aliterally ignoring me.

once I figured out how to scan with it, it worked great. my biggest complaint is once you scan you have to touch the screen around 5-7 more times before you can scan your next card. I would prefer it to work in a way that once you scan then it's automatically loaded and then after all scanning you can go to make any changes. This way would flow better, you don't stop after every card, you just scan everything in, once everything is scanned you go down the list, verify and save your cards.

I've been searching for years for the best app to scan my Pokemon cards, and this is the one, the scanner is really fast and effective, where I was shocked how it immediately read it in just a glance, you get to see their value like in the stock market, and can even put them into categories and see the statistics of the entire category of cards! Ads are not a problem at all and the app is very straightforward, if you're looking for a pokemon card collector app, this is the one for you!
