Lumeno is a digital companion that gives you the power to help yourself during the dark moments by drawing power from your light.
In this first version, you have the opportunity to test the app, explore its first functions and send thoughts, ideas and feedback to us at Livskämpar so that we can make it even better at following you and helping you in its next version.
Lumeno gives you the power to make your thoughts brighter by being able to:
• understand yourself, your thoughts and your patterns better
• use Lumenos, simple exercises, to break thought patterns
• find the right one among your contacts to get the right support
• find contact routes to care when you are in acute risks
Not least, with Lumeno you can discover how light always returns after dark.
All data in the app is your own and encrypted to protect your privacy.
