Browse written and visual information to understand your status for each and learn more about how to improve your body’s unique needs.

PICK YOUR GOAL - With fourteen different goals to choose from, you can select the goal you want to focus on and we'll help guide you to success.

SELECT YOUR ACTION PLAN – Choose an Action Plan that fits your current goals and style. Pick one and feel free to switch at any time. Choose "Focused" to build healthy habits one small step at a time. Choose "Strive" to maximize your potential with a multi-step plan.

IMPACT SCORE – Your Impact Score shows you the strength and effectiveness of each recommendation specifically for you. The higher the score, the more powerful the recommendation. The Impact Score is based on the number of biomarkers impacted by this recommendation, the strength of the science behind it and how important the biomarkers are to your overall health.

CHECK IN – Hold yourself accountable to each of your recommendations with daily check ins. Recommendations are categorized into exercise, nutrition, supplements and lifestyle.

FITNESS TRACKING INTEGRATION – The new InsideTracker mobile app now includes integration of real time Garmin & Fitbit data such as resting heart rate, sleep and exercise. When you add fitness tracking data to your blood and genetic biomarkers, you’ll get even more precision & personalization to your daily Action Plan. One star is too much, this app is just an automated process with a list of things to do that you can get free on the internet. I see not a lot of value on it. for reference, I swim 4 to 6 times a week with over 3000yds every session, and after putting all my information and the blood work, the suggested plan recommended more cardio/low impact activities "like swimming", really?? And I'm not even talking about the sloppiness in the app, the lack of synchronization with the website and others

Loving the app when it works correctly. Load time issues that I've reported to the team at least a couple of times and still not resolved. Update 2-6-24: App suddenly stopped loading on my Android device. It tried to load for about 10 seconds and then closes/crashes. Update 2-9-24 App started working again. Update 4-19-24 Ongoing issues with the app with zero customer support. With as amazing of a product as this is, it's a shame that the app functions so poorly. 😔

Was using the app for a few weeks. Suddenly I am unable to login on the app, every time I try I am presented with the "oops something went wrong" message. Rebooting the phone and uninstalling / reinstalling the app made no difference. While it was previously working for me I was getting used to it and I think that this app has alot of potential.
