Was great, now terrible since all the changes this year. Glitchy and confusing app, ridiculous daily goals and challenges, impossible for the average person who works every day and can only manage an hour or 2 workout or 5km run. 750 active calories or 25 000 steps is an insane ask to achieve a so called "Active Day, 7 days a week. They are constantly changing the benchmarks as they go along. Was once a fantastic reward system but now definitely not worth it. Extremely poor customer support.

I have to many issues when I buy woolwards vouchers, not a smooth process. It's just not up to standard if I have to compare it to other companies I use. I am also disappointed that I do not have the options to pay with my Momentum Money as it used to be.

App is very temperamental and the user often receives unexpected outcomes to routine transactions. When these anomalies are queried through the platforms available on the App, a response is often not received! The rules which apply to cashbacks from partners are not spelt out and I don't know where to find the latest rules that currently apply. I have made purchases on the online shop and have not received the advertised/expected cashback. How is Health Challenge ranking determined for same pts
