Ratings and reviews

This app is horrible. I have it set in the settings to send me a text with questions so that I can keep up but they never send so I never end up using the app. I have tried contacting support and tried canceling my membership but keep getting errors so I am unable to cancel. It just auto renewed even though I tried canceling. I hate this app and would not recommend at all. Now I need to waste more time figuring out how to cancel.

While the idea of the Qeepsake Journal is very cute, the app is incredibly glitchy and a pain to use. There are questions I haven't kept up with via text that I now can't access on the app. The questions pop up for just a few seconds & then are replaced with a screen that says I've completed them all. The app also won't upload any photos edited from another app like Instagram. The desktop website is also entirely underwhelming and a pain to navigate.

Concept is awesome, app is buggy and there is no way to shut off the auto renew feature anywhere in app, account, site, or google. The website says to do it through Google but it didn't show up in my Google subscriptions. The help desk is just an automated service that was zero help. So unfortunately canceled my account. Also they limit how many pages you can put in a book even at the highest tier and the site freezes when you try to edit out pages, so in the end I couldn't even get my book.
