We use the app to add numbers for 4 gate controllers with multiple number and name changes per day. The system used to be great but the last few months we get that numbers don't load and we have to call GWEB support (what a nuisance). After EVERY call, the technicians assures us that there is nothing wrong....and then suddenly everything works again ...but only after calling the support line. The technology that was supposed to assist us is now becoming a real nuisance.

The app is very useful, but for the last while the access number visitor function has stopped working. If I enter an access number and select the visitor option, the dates and times section does not open up and I can't save. I have to maintain visitor settings directly on the website now and not in the app. Will give a better rating once this is fixed. EDIT: Bug I reported was fixed within hours, so clearly support for the app is phenomenal 🙂

Disappointed with Support and Authentication Issues We recently purchased a Centurion G-Web product, which cost us several thousand rands. Unfortunately, we've been unable to use it because we can’t get past the authentication process—no verification email is being received. I’ve reached out to their support team twice via two different email addresses, and it’s now been four days with no response at all. No follow-up, no communication—just complete silence. It's extremely frustrating
