The app works very well. Except it must have a heavy and slow UI, which takes about 6 to 7 seconds to open, and about 15 seconds to just connect and load the interface. If the loading and connecting speed can be improved. I will be an excellent app.

The reason I want to use the app is usually urgent. Why does the app ALWAYS first want to update. Even if I just updated minutes ago. It is a waste of time and frustrating. Not nice. To top it off, the update can take very long. I don't know of ANY OTHER APP that requires an update EVERY TIME you want to open it. Your engineers should rethink this, or find another job.

tried 2 phones, disconnects via Bluetooth all the time, spent over 2 hours struggling but it is an app issue. seems to be the new version causing issues
