D5 Smart Evo was installed with loop detector and IRB. After installation everything was working 109%. Next morning driving over the loop, nothing opens. Gate only opened with remote. The gate now have to stand open until the issue is sorted. The other thing is that you have to be at the gate for connection with the app. Would have been better if it were WiFi. You are not able do do anything on the app if you are not within range of the gate, no alarms or notifications.

Recently replaced my old D3 motor and installed a new D3 Smart Motor. The new motor was working fine, until the recent app upgrades. Now the gate stops to early. There's no option to "jog" or "inch" the motor forwards or backwards, to close the gap. Trigger the TRG button on App, the gate closes too fast and collides with the end stops. Same applies to remote. The App upgrades seem pointless and useless. To make things worse, the unlock latch key just turns. I cannot put the gate into Manual.

good morning after the app update, I do not have any access the gate motor anymore, It keeps on asking to open manual for 2 second and then close, after doing this, I get an message that "operator is already connected another instance of the App is already connected to the operator" . It is totally frustrating as yesterday when we got home, the gate stood open, as it does not close after 40 seconds as I set it, meaning the gate has to be closed manually with remote as no access granted by app.
