Latest update has made this app less reliable. I have a Samsung powered by Android. Hope a correction can be made. Seven months later, (July 22nd 2023) I see no improvement despite the most recent EyeInCloud update to resolve the issue with Android phones. Update Mar. 5th 2024 After sevetal months of patiently waiting for a fix, I am happy to report that this app now works very well on my Android powered Samsing Galaxy. 👏 Thanks!

This app no longer works. I keep getting a message in Chinese saying the app crashed. I tried uninstalling the app and installed it again. However, I encountered the same issue.

As another user has noted, the recent update has caused stability issues. No rhyme or reason as to how to get server to connect in app so cameras not viewable most of time. Sometimes restarting phone will fix it, sometimes opening and closing app, and then sometimes simply no way to get it to connect. Multiple wifi networks and cellular providers have been tried to eliminate that as the cause. Hope you come up with a fix soon, or suggestions on what to try in troubleshooting.
