Updated Review Continued: the "Enable Push Interval" setting under notifications doesn't work correctly. When you have multiple cameras that are triggered for a notification, this setting creates a bottleneck and you don't receive a notification immediately. I've had people literally walk up to my door, stand there for a minute or so and then leave, and a notification is only generated after they have left. What good is that doing?

Refreshing! I don't have to pay a monthly fee?! Ring doorbell cameras want a monthly subscription for a fraction of the capabilities. Excellent setup. Quick update: the user interface is not intuitive, but contrary to other reviews you can set the flood light option. I turn it off in our backyard unless we're on vacation, as an example. If you have this professionally installed, ask your low-voltage contact to show you how it works.

it's so confusing. the guy installing it does not even come over to fix it. we bought a year's warranty and he just sits at home and tries to fix from his phone when we need something done on site. the app is lagging after an update and it's not what I paid for. Iwanna speak to someone at this company. and the deterrence doesn't work. the light turning on feature is gone. half the stuff does not even work. I wish I never bought this sysem
