Taking years of gym floor training experience, competitive bodybuilding and photoshoot prep, I am now offering a bespoke coaching service to help you overcome fears and doubts and achieve success. Having worked in the emergency services sector and managed a fit life outside of work, I am your ideal choice as a coach if you are in the same employment environment and are struggling to achieve your fitness goals.
As part of this service, my coaching app offers you the following:
- Bespoke training programmes tailored to your needs and abilities to help you achieve aesthetic or performance goals, catering to a home or gym environment or both
- Bespoke nutrition programmes tailored to your needs and likes such as suggested meal plans and nutritional targets
- Daily habit tracking to give a more detailed picture of your progress and allow more in-depth coaching feedback
- Weekly check-ins for accountability with your coach and changes to programmes as required
