this app is very misleading and super hard to end subscription. I never used it past the 1st day because even though I noted I have some mobility issues it still gave the most complicated options. Now they relentlessly keep attempting to charge my card as there is absolutely no way to cancel. Very weird and invasive to not let people leave if that's their choice. I will absolutely never subscribe with them again once this is finally canceled!

This is what you call "slick business". You will not be refunded if charged again and its hard as hell yo figure out how to cancel membership. The workouts provided are as good as they advertise. Its the making it difficult to cancel that is super unprofessional for me. I would like to cancel, I sent an email since that seems to be the only option.

BEWARE!!!!! There's no way to manage membership through the app. They expect you to read fine print and remember their specific policy from an email you get when you first sign up. If you don't want to be blindsided by unexpected costs DO NOT sign up. They will NOT reimburse you. For some reason, there's an option to delete profile in the app but that is greatly misleading and ultimately does nothing. Poor app and overall the classes aren't worth paying for.
