Even though Niva Bupa has done a good job refining it's interface. However, the app is still poor in its performance. Laggy interface, clicking on some of the points do not work, app takes longer than ever response time and so on. It gets very annoying when booking health checkup or going through the policy.

App is useless. Clicking on relevant options does nothing. It just on screen..does nothing .doesn't direct to other page or gives options..does nothing. This app looks like was designed and coded by 12yos. Same is their website. Has no option to logginto user portal or has no way of changing or checking your policy. This is so bad. I'm scared what will happen if I ever have to apply for claim.

I am a Policy holder since 3 years and this is the first time I have raised a claim and the experience is been very disappointing and frustrating. I have raised the query more that 45 dack and every time I check on the app for claim status they change the date without even letting me know. This is has been very horrifying experience. I wonder what if I have an emergency and I want assistance. Chat is useless. Can not reach through IVR as there is no option if you want to talk to anyone.
