There are better trackers out there. There's no option to add our own symptoms. If you're having perimenopausal symptons, you're out luck. I know where i am in my cycle, so I don't need a progress bar. I'd rather have a calendar front and center. While the info is nice about training, once you know it, you know it. It IS simple app to use. It just didn't serve my needs. I went back to my old tracker.

1st glance this app looks impressive! Especially the nutrition which is what I was looking for. Would be great to have a pin code log in when opening the app also more support for those who have conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis etc Update. Would be great to see more meals and snacks added to the app as it seems to be a rotation of the same ones

An incredibly useful resource for female athletes! I love that I can keep track of how my cycle impacts my athletic performance throughout the month and be able to plan my training accordingly. My only suggestion is to have the functionality of adding my own symptom buttons or perhaps have a section that incorporates mood. For example happy, sad, emotional etc. Otherwise, what a great app, keep up the good work!
