Love it ! The only app you need for burpees! It asks how many your able to do and then gives you small reps of 4 or 5 sets. No pressure as the timer starts at like 130 second ( plenty of time ) and it adds up how many you did that day. Let me tell you this is the way to get strong. You think you can only do 20or 30 but when given the little amount of reps asked you squeeze out tons more! I was able to do 20 to fatigue but the workout I produced 48 burpees and that's only day one !!!!!!

Good so .I specially like the progression idea which lets you advance at your own pace.
