I paid for a yearly Premium membership back in January. The options were decent because of the variety, but now (four months later) you have to "subscribe" and therfore pay more! The videos I saved before are no longer available to watch because 98% of their workout videos aren't accessible with a premium membership. I highly would NOT recommend.

Hello, You have full access to your Premium benefits but logging into your membership. This includes hundreds of hours of videos, articles, downloads and advice from our experts. I haven't been able to access the workouts on the app in months. I'm a gold member but all workouts are locked. Then when I tried to log out, I get an error message. I tried reaching out to customer service but haven't received a response. Today the app stopped working completely and it just crashes when I open it. Luckily the website still works fine but the app does not work. (Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra)

Hello Helen, I am sorry you're having trouble with the app. Please try clearing your app cache, removing and reinstalling the app, if you are using cellular data try using WiFi connection and vs. If you are still having trouble, please call, email or chat with a live agent on our site during regular business hours. I like the variety of workouts available with the premium membership. Good variety by type of workout, length of workout, and skill level required. Works great on both my phone and my fire stick tv. This is perfect for those like myself that want to take classes, but prefer to exercise at home. Plus, it's nice to be able to pause the workout when your out of shape self needs a break. Lol.
