Fixed an issue where players in one tournament could get unlinked from the same player in an older tournament.
(='duplicate player' this is only really an issue when you want to use Ranking across tournaments "All Time Ranking")
AllTimeRankings (and the fix unlinked button)
Added a 'Fix duplicate players' button in the All Time Ranking
Added an EnableBetaFeatures switch in settings, this opens for:
PvP stats in the Tournament (see 1.1.5)
