We also aim to see improvements in teenager, parent and teacher well being. Taking small steps towards self-care creates a healthier, more positive relationship at home and school. We encourage teachers and all family members to listen to our meditations and mindfulness courses for a well-rounded, holistic approach to improving young lives.
