BONA Fitness and Wellness is a full service fitness facility and home of the most experience fitness coaches in the greater Houston area. Our objective is to keep our members strong enough to serve their family and the community. Thus, our hashtag #StrongEnoughToServe. At BONA we have fused the best of athletic training, plyometrics, power lifting, bodybuilding, weightlifting, CrossFit, core work and agility skills into an incredible and affordable workout experience for all ages and fitness levels. If you choose to work out on your own, or under the guidance of a coach, BONA will meet all your fitness and wellness needs.
