We retain the payment until the buyer has examined the received bulk and marked the order as 'Complete.' This approach ensures that both parties are satisfied with the transaction, and each user's investment is safeguarded.
Furthermore, our platform offers the option to purchase insurance. For a small additional fee of 3.5% per order, we cover up to $200 worth of your bulk if the package gets lost during shipping. It’s an extra layer of security for our users.
