This application stopped working several months ago. It is impossible to synchronize with the device, it is not possible to create new accounts, recover passwords, login. Support from zepp and amazfit is non-existent. They simply don't respond. They don't give any explanation. I've tried it on Android, iOS, and on several smartphones. Nothing works, it's really an app problem. Money sent to the trash. I deserve an explanation and the possibility to use the product.
