Ratings and reviews

Their POS card machines are problematic. Sometimes, they don't work and sometimes the machines do not have charge. Had a bad experience where I had to return the order TWICE as they couldn't get a machine sent over later or next day. SECOND time the machine was not charged. Hence the 3 stars.

Excellent service with timely delivery. The product packaging was neat and secure, and the team showed great professionalism throughout the process. Even the delivery boys were very professional and courteous. The best part is the customer support, just outstanding. It was my first time ordering through this app, and I am 100% satisfied with the experience.

updated: they collected the near to expired product and add the amount into my wallet, inform of coins, thanks. Delivered near-to-expired product, and did have any human support to handle the issue. A WhatsApp bot is just responding to your queries. Three days passed and no positive response.
