Absolutely unacceptable service! I have experienced repeated order cancellations on the Bazaar app. The riders simply cancel the orders upon arrival, causing great inconvenience and immense frustration. This is the third time this has happened, leading to lost customers and significant mental distress. Immediate action is required to address this issue."

Mughal Pure Basmati Rice 25kg The rice quality was very poor and not pure basmati as advertised. I tested it by cooking twice, and both results were unacceptable. Despite providing all required details and agreeing to return the remaining stock, my complaint was repeatedly delayed with incorrect claims that I was unreachable and no clear resolution was provided. Disappointed with both the product quality and customer support.

it's good and saves a lot of your time you can just place your order of the daily use stuffs instead of going to the stores and it's even not that expensive as well, I like how it doesn't take more than 1-2 days to deliver, but sometimes they mix orders, giving you the wrong one that you didn't even place that's why I give it only 3 stars. You guys should improve it a little more.
