This app is great for keeping in touch with my friends in a way that's more intimate than texting & I pay for it for the extra features. However, I have an ongoing issue where if I need to pause a video for any reason to look at something else on my phone, when I come back the video will not unfreeze. When I press play, the image doesn't continue and there's no sound. I have to fully close the app and fully reopen the app for it to start playing again.

First off, I love this app. It helps my family and I stay connected in a meaningful way. Secondly, a little criticism, PLEASE REMOVE THE "Privacy mode ON" FUNCTION!!! Or at least create a setting that would allow the user to turn it off. It constantly turns on without me wanting it to. And I never need it anyway. If I want privacy, I use my ear buds. Thanks for creating a good product and keep up the good work.

There has been a bug for many months now where if I have a polo playing in the background, it will glitch and pause the video until I'm back in the app. If I go to another app after that, it will play in the background for about a min but then glitch and MUTE the polo- so the Polo will still be playing, just without sound. I have to kill the app, reopen, and click on the Polo again. Please fix the bug!!
