Ratings and reviews

So many issues with the app. Which extension being called doesn't display reliably. If multiple users get rung by an extension, some may ring others may not. Can't respond to texts to the main number. Tech support is worthless. You'll spend hours on the phone with tech support with no resolution. I'm more capable with the configuration of their backend than the tech support people and that's not saying much. Constantly get put on hold to research how to do things.

So I have had Ringcentral for 2 years. So far I had been pretty happy. Lots of maintenance, but most of it was needed. I decided I need to add a second local number, go thorough all the steps purchase it, but they never let me choose the number. Too much for here, but long story short, they never give me a number and then the assistant basically tells me they will message me via chat in the next 24-48 hours. Well, nothing. I asked for a email too. So I canceled, and they still charged.

Terrible. The only thing ringing is their cash registers, their phones(which they won't take back. and good luck trying to sell em) won't...despite hours & hours (& hours) of trouble shooting, attempting to have them remote in and being passed around like a hot potato. I was told it would be easy, I provided every detail of our setup and triple checked with multiple people that said it was no problem and we'd be up and running in no time. It was a huge problem and they could not have cared less.
