SunPass is the State of Florida's innovative Prepaid Toll Program. SunPass PRO and SunPass Mini transponders can be used in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. SunPass PRO transponders can also be used everywhere E-ZPass is accepted.

Ratings and reviews

While trying to replenish funds on the app, it kept loading and wouldn't move forward. First, when entering my address and then when submitting the payment. I called the customer support number and it gave me a $25 minimum instead of the usual $10. I didn't need to replenish it by that amount but I had no choice. If the app was working, I wouldn't had to call.

Absolutely the worst app!! No matter what I click on, the screen just refreshes rather than taking me where I actually need to go, then abruptly logs me out and locks my account for no reason. It also shows my available balance incorrectly. The website is no better, as it can never seem to "verify" my account. Let's not forget trying to call. On hold for nearly an hour!? Sunpass is an unfortunate necessity now and then in Florida. I wish they would fix these issues, but I won't hold my breath.

Not working after the update. Not accepting my username. Not recognizing the scan code after scanning the barcode. tryied resetting the account it got locked. I tried calling them, no option to speak with their customer service, Dealing with SunPass over the phone can be incredibly frustrating. Their automated menu is notoriously designed to keep you trapped in a loop till you give up and hang up as no option to speak with a customer service to solve the issue.
