The last 2 months I've been unable to login to my account to review tolls and pay into my balance (which is also unavailable to me). The app requires to accept the update. On acceptance of this update, it takes me back to the login page which isn't accessible because there isn't any update! Very poorly executed update!!! Please correct this problem IMMEDIATELY.

Absolutely the worst app!! No matter what I click on, the screen just refreshes rather than taking me where I actually need to go, then abruptly logs me out and locks my account for no reason. It also shows my available balance incorrectly. The website is no better, as it can never seem to "verify" my account. Let's not forget trying to call. On hold for nearly an hour!? Sunpass is an unfortunate necessity now and then in Florida. I wish they would fix these issues, but I won't hold my breath.

Normally, this app works great, but now a pop-up keeps saying new update available to use. When I click it, it goes to Google apps, but the app is up to date. I can't log on because it's a neverending circle. Update: Installed beta, didn't work. Un-installed Beta, un-installed app. Re-downloaded the original app and now it works again and I can open it.
