Ratings and reviews

The Barclays app used to be good, but not anymore. Whoever messed around with it should be fired. Some screens can easily be read. Other pages the font size is way too big and you don't know who the charge is from. The scrolling feature doesn't work properly to view charges. I'd be better off getting paper statements in the mail again! You also can't redeem points on the app. You can only do so on the actual website. What a waste of an app. ...and yes, I do have Android 12 already on my phone!!

Edit: alright, they updated the app and fixed my earlier complaint (below) so that's good. Still only 3 stars for being a bunch of webviews and mysterious blank loading screens when transitioning between basic things. Take your UX more seriously if you're going to chase consumers with Samsung credit card promos. ~~What do you mean your app crashes whenever I try to pay off my credit card? That's literally it's number one job. Is this a joke?~~

I've had to change my password nearly every time I've logged in for the past year with this app. The website works fine...why can't the app? And Barclay is some trash. If it weren't my longest-standing credit card account, I'd ditch it in a heartbeat. High interest, late fees for paying on the due date, rejected payments for no reason (plus more fines)...Do better.
