Ratings and reviews

The Barclays app used to be good, but not anymore. Whoever messed around with it should be fired. Some screens can easily be read. Other pages the font size is way too big and you don't know who the charge is from. The scrolling feature doesn't work properly to view charges. I'd be better off getting paper statements in the mail again! You also can't redeem points on the app. You can only do so on the actual website. What a waste of an app. ...and yes, I do have Android 12 already on my phone!!

Upgrades are ridiculous, for the past 3 weeks , I cannot login . Tried resetting and it tells me " service not available" called several times was told wait a few days then try again..well its now 3 weeks and same o...Went on to the website and still can't do nothing!!..supposingly my account does not exist, but when I called nothing is wrong with account and I should be able to login. Tried the Ipad and nothing!!..Frustrating indeed!!

This was an excellent app. Now, it just keeps crashing. I had to uninstall it. I reinstalled it, but that didn't fix it. I have to use the online version, which is fine but annoying. I have Android 13 version, so the fix they said will fix this, doesn't work. I am going to cancel my card. I received a response from the developer, thank you. However you obviously didn't read my issue. I HAVE ANDROID 13 OPERATING SYSTEM!
