Doesn't work after the new update can you fix asap
Latest update, cant login to app or website
How do I even start... I just got a new credit card, set up new account and everything on their web app. All good until I wanna try their Android app. Can't. Even. Log. In. I've set up fingerprint and all that, so the first time I was able to log in, now I just can't at all. Not only that, once you've authenticated, it just took forever to get to the first page... Like, they need to have a super long splash page that say "good evening" and what not. No. I don't care. I just want to get to use the app as fast as possible. Not only that, the app looks outdated too in terms of design. 1 star because I cannot even login at all.
I used to use this app to pay my bill. It worked perfectly fine with my Nexus 7 for quite some time and now it's no longer compatible with my device. I will sure miss those reminders to tell me my bill is due.
As of right now I can't even schedule a payment because I can't login to my account at all. If it ain't broken leave it alone. Now I guess I'm not the only one who can't logging. Great job by your IT department screwing up everyone.
I use this app in connection with my Barclay Uber Credit Card. No notification when a transaction is made with the credit card. There is not even a option for push notifications. There is an option for email notifications of transactions, but it doesn't work (it doesn't actually send an email notifying you of credit card transactions).
