App failure after update. FIXED App failing after latest update. Stating my phone is rooted has been FIXED. Overall the app works great, clean interface, easy payment and very convenient to see your balance prior login. Wish there was finger scan for access but everything else works great.
Can't log in It keeps saying credentials are incorrect. Yet if I open up a chrome tab and try there my credentials work just fine. Even copied and pasted from a note into both the chrome tab and the app, and only the chrome tab worked.
Not any good for seeing charges My Venture one card will show a charge before the restaurant server gets back to the table. All other charges work the same way, as,soon as scanned it's notifying me. This thing can take three or more days to show up. Will dump card when I spend off points. 1/9/17 Another problem lately is you can't log in from app. Keeps saying not available.
Great app but with one caveat I love this app. I check this app multiple times a month. My only gripe is the lack of fingerprint login. I have yet to come across a recent Android device without a biometric security.
Liked till my phone updated Can't access my accounts now that my android updated....Not happy as I have to make a payment and now have to log in a computer. Mobile app is supposed to help simplify but when it doesn't work it's pointless.
Not working Why is this apo not working anymore? This is so frustrating! I have a computer to log on, but that defeats the purpose and convenience of this app. 😡
