Trying to open the app: "Please update the app to proceed." In the store, there is no update, just uninstall or open. I uninstall and reinstall, it still asks to update the app. This cycle goes on and on. ALSO, when trying to click the online banking on the laptop, it usually takes 20-30 refreshes and clicks to get to the username and password page. Which, after entering the verification code, might OR might not work! How is this not frustrating?! Your IT team has a LOT of work to do

Sometimes I cant access my account at all. I deleted it multiple times and reinstalled it and same problem always happens and get sorted out on its own.. no idea.. no explaination.. no apology. It really gets on my nerve especially when I really need to access my account to pay some bill or check on my transactions.. really hope you guys invest more time and efforts developing this all.. it's really basic.. for a bank app.
