always down when you need it. nothing changed, still doesn't work most of the time. the app is garbage.

Feels vibe coded, doesnt work outright sometimes, slow, laggy, flashy (seizure warning) and requires your location to be on for some reaosn

Trying to open the app: "Please update the app to proceed." In the store, there is no update, just uninstall or open. I uninstall and reinstall, it still asks to update the app. This cycle goes on and on. ALSO, when trying to click the online banking on the laptop, it usually takes 20-30 refreshes and clicks to get to the username and password page. Which, after entering the verification code, might OR might not work! How is this not frustrating?! Your IT team has a LOT of work to do
