Ratings and reviews

The app requires Wi-Fi to buy a new eSIM, which is honestly very frustrating. Some people already have mobile data and just want to buy an extra eSIM for themselves or someone else. Others, like travelers, might want to prepare before they arrive. Blocking the purchase just because I’m not on Wi-Fi makes no sense and creates a bad experience. This kind of issue can easily make customers give up. Please reconsider this requirement.

They terminated my number & removed it from the Umniah app.There's no way to get it back, no support, no customer service. I've been using this number for over 10 years, & they simply terminated it. I am traveling abroad, & we've tried every possible way to ask them to fix the issue. We even told them we have no problem paying if it's required, but they kept telling us the owner must come to Jordan. What if the owner of the number is being treated abroad? Why can't the owner simply verify ...

I have the worest experience ever. They decrease the line validity without informing me. Also, I had 4 phone lines registered in the app. Yesterday morning, they asked me to login or create new account. I had created new account and lost all the previous data. I preferred to uninstall the app rather arguing them. I really think to switch, but all the others are similar, I guess 🙃
