Bad experience, you will not be able to fix problems and keep asking you to go for live chat which is a waste of time, and it isn't allowing you to deactivate some bundles, only to activate !!!!

The app requires Wi-Fi to buy a new eSIM, which is honestly very frustrating. Some people already have mobile data and just want to buy an extra eSIM for themselves or someone else. Others, like travelers, might want to prepare before they arrive. Blocking the purchase just because I’m not on Wi-Fi makes no sense and creates a bad experience. This kind of issue can easily make customers give up. Please reconsider this requirement.

Yesterday I charged my U Shababi 8+ line with 1 JD smart. Instead of giving me 0.5 main balance and 0.5 data balance, it gave me 0.2 main balance and 0.8 data balance. This way you are obliged to use these balances only in buying net bundles, which in my case I have more than enough.
