Ratings and reviews

Did anyone even test the app after the latest update that requests a new signup and login? The app used to work just fine and I used to be able to recharge my line and see details, but the latest update was terrible. - Signup button at the end of the signup form doesn't work when clicking. - Trying to login doesn't work and throws time out error. - Reset password button at the end of reset password form doesn't work when clicking. Please fix these! I can't even use the app anymore.

Very bad application and company,why ask access to your phone camera to use the application features, they spy a lot of fakes no real solutions for bad services, the internet is very poor, before subscription promises to get powerfull service after that just run away, when you have complaints they let you feel regretted to contact them no solutions and the target for call center just to finish your call,when you tell them the problem isn't solved the answer ' we have protocols to proceed.'

Bad experience, you will not be able to fix problems and keep asking you to go for live chat which is a waste of time, and it isn't allowing you to deactivate some bundles, only to activate !!!!
