I’ve been using DigiKhata for a long time and overall I really like the app. Recently, I also purchased the subscription and am using the premium version. However, the PC version has serious performance issues. Data synchronization often takes too long, and sometimes backup shows “not successful.” Logging in on PC is also slow and occasionally requires multiple attempts. These issues need to be fixed to improve reliability and user experience.

Terrible customer support and broken subscriptions. I have been a loyal Digikhata user for 4 years and recently paid for the Pro Yearly subscription on my Android. However, when I switched to an iPhone and logged into the exact same account, it downgraded me to the "Free" version. The worst part is the customer service. I have contacted their support team multiple times to fix this server sync issue, and they have completely ignored my messages. They took my money for a yearly subscription

It has been more than 20 days and my KYC is still showing “In Review.” I have submitted all required documents correctly, but there is no update at all. I tried calling many times — no one answers. I contacted on WhatsApp — no response. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer support. My money is stuck and I cannot withdraw it. This is completely unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to report this matter further. Kindly resolve my issue
