Ratings and reviews

In general I like the app. It seems fairly accurate, as far as weather prediction can be. My problem that every few days, it won't reload/ update information, even when I pull down to refresh. Sometimes I end up restarting my phone, just to get the app working again. It's not my phone, since other apps are able to refresh. Anyone have any suggestions?

Widgets don't work. What does "complete onboarding by clicking on settings icon" mean? Nothing I guess since nothing happens! "Send Feedback" has nothing to do with feedback - just a static status display. The usual nonsense like check this and that, clear this and that, restart, reinstall, blah, blah is more of the usual nonsense related to poor software engineering.

App was great for years - until 2 days ago. Now it continually gives notifications for cities where all notifications are turned off, and also for types of notifications that are off but notifications for the city are on. Clearing the notifications doesn't help; they reappear within a few minutes. I had to block notifications at the system level in order to stop this.
