Ratings and reviews

In general I like the app. It seems fairly accurate, as far as weather prediction can be. My problem that every few days, it won't reload/ update information, even when I pull down to refresh. Sometimes I end up restarting my phone, just to get the app working again. It's not my phone, since other apps are able to refresh. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've been subscribed for years for the ad free version, and since the last update, I'm now getting so many ads, logged out and logged back in, I've updated, restarted phone, uninstall and reinstalled, it worked once for about a week, then the ads came right back again and tried the same trouble shooting techniques. I've reached out and they have failed to respond or fix, I'm ready to delete my subscription and use another app because IF I PAY FOR AD FREE, IT SHOULD BE AD FREE.

The latest update causes more bugs. I am now getting tons of push notifications for things I have saved in my settings as off. For example, I don't have allergies so I do not have pollen count alerts turned on, but I am getting inundated with pollen alerts. I also do not have any alerts turned on for sites other than current location and home location, but thos notifications are coming through now too! If this is not fixed soon, I will find another app. Please fix this!
