1. Block BCA ATM Card or BCA Credit Card facility through m-Admin menu
2. BCA Credit Card Activation feature through menu m-Admin → Credit Card Activation
3. BCA Credit Card PIN Make / change facility via m-Admin menu → Create / Change PIN.
4. Cardless Transaction feature through Setor Tarik menu → Cash withdrawal and cash deposit.
5. Transfer without hassle through QR menu → Send or receive money using QR

Buka Rekening Baru
Now you can open bank account anywhere just with your mobile phone. What you need to do to get your bank account is only by providing e-KTP, completing the form, and doing video call with our Customer Service Officer through BCA mobile application. After you done, you’ll get the success notification of your opening account; you might need to directly activate your mobile banking service (by creating PIN number for transaction) and deposit money to your account. Then you are ready to do any transaction with your BCA mobile application (m-BCA menu). You will also get KlikBCA account the day after you succeed creating your mobile banking PIN via email.

when I've logged in, then I pressed home buttom and get back to the apps, even within seconds, the indicator stucked in Blue like FOREVER. It would never change to green. So I need to log out and log in SO MANY TIMES everytime I need to jump to other apps while doing transaction. Do you expect we have to stay in your apps while doing the transaction? or you are your QAs doing their job? What a shame for BCA Mobile Team.

Edit Sep 2026: transaksi yg sedang kita lakukan (app is opened) tidak perlu notif kali ya? i mean we're right there doing the transactions. Notif aja kalau app sedang close. Stay slim stay simple. Thanks.

This is definitely the most insanely stupid and user hostile mobile banking system I’ve ever used. I just moved my SIMcard to a new phone and now I’ll have to re-register for BCA mobile banking at the ATM. YOU ALL charge Rp 20.000 monthly for all this hassle?! I can live just fine with SeaBank and their very intuitive hassle-free system all for free without monthly fee. the difference is exactly like day and night. Opening a BCA account is definitely one of the worst regrets of my life. BCA 👎
