Damn my experience with this app is very very great. It's important to us retailers, traders, and investor to have this. One and only in Malaysia. Also you need to make a research about how to use this wallet. And this wallet is the only one I'll be using from now on. Amazing!

Bitget looks clean, but the UX is frustrating. Simple tasks take too many taps, and some interactions feel unnecessarily difficult. The feedback form took me around 30 minutes because it accepted 800 characters but rejected punctuation such as full stops, commas and apostrophes. I had to remove them to submit the form. There are similar examples of overly restrictive input behaviour elsewhere. The app looks polished, but the UX needs more attention to how people actually use it.

Your recent update has completely destroyed the efficiency and scalability of this once great app. You have disorganized everything. You cannot navigate between wallet section, trade, displayed new tokens, hot picks and other features that can be view in one page anymore. It's confusing please. It's annoyingly too slow, leading to lagged transactions and causing losses.
