Ratings and reviews

the general store does not work that well. and the app is somewhat clumsy. but once you get to the ordering process it is quite simple and Boot Barn generally has good deals and is one of the few companies that sell deals in real leather goods. is get such a low rating because also unless you're very careful you'll miss out collecting your loyalty points because you'll accidentally order thinking you're logged in only to find out you finalize when you're not.

App doesn't load more than a few items, meaning that you have to click on them individually. Then when you add something to the cart, it won't let you proceed to checkout. It says that there are no items in cart. It allowed me to proceed once and then declined my payment. So I tried to contact customer service about it, app said that chat was unavailable, I tried the email and the email was unavailable. So I manually typed the email out that they had listed, that was 3 days ago with no response.

I am not able to place order online. It declines every method of payment I enter...this has gone on for well over 2 years! VERY FRUSTRATING! I have to phone in order every time...again frustrating and inconvenient! Also recently when shopping time after time...the app boots me out and goes to the orange and black BB screen with no capability to get back in to shop. I have to escape out and come back after about an hour...it happens in emails, Facebook and the app!
