Ratings and reviews

The notifications for new releases NEVER work. I've tried with 3 different releases and never one notification. I tried with multiple emails and on multiple accounts... nothing. I see that I'm not the only one with this complaint. Why offer it if it doesn't do anything?! Also, the app is always slower than the website and more difficult to navigate so I've stopped using it.

I like the New & Trending category, but don't like how I can't enlarge any product photos even though that's possible on the website. My biggest issue is with the cart. I was excited to see that it has a Save for Later option but the Cart is so glitchy. If it has around 20 items, the quantities disappear, I can't edit the cart anymore (have to clear it online), and I have to close the app in order to navigate again. Save for Later completely disappeared after adding about 20 items too.

Never works when you need it . I used the app bought 2 pairs of crocs got a confirmation and two days later they cancel . I can't save my info and the app hardly ever loads properly. Also , the carr never loads properly. I find myself using the internet instead of the app . Oh yea they offer discounts for certain companies, but theres no option to get it in the checkout . Extremely frustrating.
