Ratings and reviews

I've been using Mood since 2018. I used it for a year; liked it so much that I paid for the full version. It worked well until the end of ‘24 when I stopped getting hyperlinks in group chats and pictures sent and received were very blurry. I emailed Mood support over a week ago and haven’t gotten a response. I really like all the features and settings, but links and attachments are a pretty basic function that it should handle, so I’m gonna switch to another app, at least for a while.

I'm not sure what happened. after this last update the app is not working correctly for me. I can't open the app, without trying to open and close the app three or four times. My pinned chats don't stay pinned. Sometimes texts don't send. I don't know what's going on with the app. and, I have already uninstalled, restarted my phone, and reinstall the app. It's still not working right. I don't want to have to find another app to use, and lose all my messages.

The latest update is terrible! My messages disappear from the thread when I leave the app. It's really disorienting. Update: if I text using Link to Windows, my desktop-originated SMS appears in the app chat. But nothing I send from the app appears at the desktop version via Link to Windows. Do they go through? Who knows? Also for 1st time ever, zero responses to my support outreach though I'm a Premium member. Is this app over?
