Ratings and reviews

I only use basic search and map features, which work fine. For dump stations, it doesn't distinguish the cost between campers & non-campers. The first substation I went to was free for all, but that appears to be an anomaly. Almost all I've found on the say free, but actually have a cost if you haven't paid to camp.

Used to be of some value, but has been complicated by acquisitions. Account management/cancellation requires multiple steps thru Roadtrippers & Roadpass, neither of which are of any interest to me. Finally figured out how to cancel, but even so, I can't delete my credit card on file. Trust level is low. Not recommended.

When the app was still up and going it was great. We got the subscription for it because we thought it would be very helpful to us in our situation. Now the app doesn't work anymore and you have to use the website. I have stayed in several campsites that we're previously listed on their app and now that it has changed I cannot find even half of the sites I had favorites and that we have used. I contacted the company because the website is no longer useful to me and they refused to refund me.

What’s new

You used to have to switch between Public Land and RV Parks to filter for camping you wanted. Now you can filter across up to three categories at once. Search smarter and find your spot faster.
And yes, Favorites is back. We tried “Saved” with a bookmark icon, but it turns out the heart has a special place in your heart. Favorites and the heart icon are here to stay.
